1.1.1 SUBMISSION OF A SPECULATIVE APPLICATION
Job seekers can send their CV and submit their application to Milestone Personnel via the “Apply” service. The application will be transferred to Milestone Personnel consultant who will take the time to study it before making a decision.
The submission of an application requires the acceptance of these present contractual Terms despite not implying the creation of an account on our platform.
It is also specified that the submission of an application to Milestone Personnel does not entail the automatic creation of a Milestone Personnel Profile or an applicant file.
2. RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP
In addition, when you use third-party licensed content and materials, you may be bound by the third party’s license agreements. When you receive information from a third-party, their identity is indicated by a logo or another indication.
3. LIMITED LICENSING

It is possible to provide a cover letter and a CV containing personal information. A space dedicated to comments is left available for any additional information regarding an application.
9.2 SINCERITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED
They also attest to the supplied information being truthful, correct, complete, honest, and up to date. In no case can Milestone Personnel be held responsible for the consequences caused by false information. In addition, users commit to inform the Milestone Personnel consultants of any changes concerning their situation (change of address, phone number, email address and postal address). The user expressly recognises that any lack of obligatory information will make them liable to lose any benefits deriving from Milestone Personnel services.
Milestone Personnel may also refuse any registration request or remove any applicant file without notice, if it appears that the supplied information is incomplete, false or unreliable. If the web user wishes to ask a question, they may do so by contacting us at the following email address: email@example.com . The web user has the right of withdrawal and may at any point request that their personal data be deleted by contacting our team.
9.3 DATA PROTECTION
The data available on the Milestone Personnel website are legally protected as personal data. The testimonials available on our website are contents created anonymously by candidates and clients. Milestone Personnel does not alter any content of testimonials published on the website, these testimonials are authentic. The users of our website are not authorised to reuse published graphic or text content in their own name.
9.4 SINCERITY OF DECLARATIONS
To enable Milestone Personnel to complete placement missions, those wishing to submit their application or to have an applicant file must provide, in addition to standard information which identifies them, a series of information concerning their training, skills and professional experience such as by submitting their CV.
Candidates or those submitting a speculative application certify that the information and statements found on their CV or in their profile are sincere, complete, accurate and up to date. They agree to inform Milestone Personnel of any changes concerning their situation which may influence the recruitment process (notably changes in contact details, employment status, suspension of job search).
Candidates or those submitting a speculative application recognise and accept that any deliberate omission or false statement will likely result in losing their access to Milestone Personnel services and as a result any potential employment.
Milestone Personnel reserves the right to refuse any candidate who provides incomplete, false or unreliable information and to take the legal action they deem appropriate against the person who provided said statements and information.
9.4.1 RELEVANT CONTENT RELATED TO A JOB SEARCH
Candidates or those submitting a speculative application must refrain from providing information unrelated to their skills or the job they are applying for.
In particular, they must refrain from evoking their familial situation, state of health, age, lifestyle, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade-union activities, ethnicity, nation, race or religion, criminal offences, convictions and security measures or, more generally, any information not related to the job they are looking for.
9.4.2 ABSENCE OF CRIMINAL OR SLANDEROUS REMARKS
Candidates or those submitting a speculative application will refrain from all remarks contrary to the public order, public security and to good moral standards as well as the use of all offensive, vulgar or equivocal language.
Candidates or those submitting a speculative application agree to only send Milestone Personnel documents which are in compliance with US territory laws and regulations.
In particular, candidates or those submitting a speculative application must refrain from including any illegal content or comments in their documents, in particular any content provocative to the commission of crimes or offences, justifying crimes, war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes and offences of collaboration with the enemy, contesting crimes against humanity as well as all types of genocide, provoking and advocating acts of terrorism, inciting discrimination, hatred, violence based on religion, ethnicity, nationality, race or religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, circulating or reproducing false news, or news falsely attributed to a third party.
Candidates or those submitting a speculative application must also refrain from making slanderous or defamatory remarks or remarks which are physically or morally injurious. In particular, candidates undertake not to defame their previous employers or colleagues. Applicants or unsolicited applicants will not promote any product, service or company or promote illegal activities.
Milestone Personnel reserves the right to refuse any profile or CV contrary to this charter, to laws or regulations in force in the territory of the US.
9.5 RESPONSIBILITY AND DATA DELETION
9.5.1 GENERAL CASES
Milestone Personnel endeavours to ensure continuous access to this website, we nonetheless inform our users of the inherent limits of the internet. Users acknowledge having been informed that Milestone Personnel does not guarantee that the website will be permanently available nor that it will function without error. The employers and candidates are already informed that the site will be made periodically unavailable for maintenance or updates without notice.
More generally, Milestone Personnel may not be held responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the performance or non-performance of its contractual obligations, such as commercial or financial prejudice, loss of clients, loss of images or branding, loss of benefits, loss of order, or any other commercial issue. For all practical purposes, it is specified and expressly accepted by users that any loss of data, regardless of the context or the nature, constitutes indirect damage that cannot be compensated within the meaning of the provisions of this article.
It is expressly agreed that any action for liability brought against Milestone Personnel is barred after a period of 2 years from the first appearance at the origin of the action.
Milestone Personnel reserves the right to suspend or delete any user’s data which does not demonstrate a respectful attitude and behaviour. Milestone Personnel can also, at their discretion, suspend or delete data of inactive files.
It is already specified that Milestone Personnel can refuse the evaluation of any candidate file coming from a candidate who has been excluded or in any case where Milestone Personnel has reason to believe the candidate is acting on behalf of an employer.
10. GRANT BY THE USER OF A LIMITED LICENSE TO THE PUBLISHER OF THE SITE
By posting, submitting or transmitting in any other way any information, content or material via this website, including, but not limited to, feedback, data, responses, questions, comments, suggestions, projects, ideas, etc., except in cases provided by law, you authorise the Site Publisher, the parent societies and affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and licence holders, to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, edit, distribute, or use to promote and distribute information, the content and element under any form, in any place and for any commercial aim or anything else, without expressing a restriction nor expecting compensation, and you guarantee and declare that you possess, or control in another way, all the rights linked to the content and that the public diffusion and use of your content by the Site Publisher will not affect nor infringe the rights of any third party.
